I called ready to retain help. Unexpectedly, he sat on the phone with me for as many questions as I had and walked me through the process. He was so kind and made sure that I understood my rights and told me exactly what I needed to do and without having to retain him, as it seemed as there was reason to retain him beyond our conversation. I feel so much better and will absolutely work with him if the need ever arises. Seriously the nicest person I’ve spoken to!
